Agri Value Chain Startup, Samunnati Raises Rs 42.5 Cr in Series E Funding from Agri-Biz Capital Delaware LLC.
Advancing Samunnati’s mission to enhance India’s agricultural value chains, Samunnati marks the first equity infusion of FY 2025-26 and takes the total Pre-Series E equity raised till date to more than Rs 381 crore, the company said in a statement.
With Samunnati’s integrated model, combining financial services, market linkages and advisory support, the company empowers small farmers, FPOs and agri-enterprises to thrive. This new investment will strengthen the company’s financial foundation and move it on the path to Samunnati 2.0.

Founded in 2014, Samunnati provides financial, co-financial, and non-financial solutions to marginal, small, and medium farmers, agri-enterprises, and wholesale/retailers.
With a presence in over 100 agri-value chains across 23 states, Samunnati connects to over 6,500+ farmer collectives. It aims to impact one in every four farming households by 2027.
Till now the company has successfully raised a total funding of Rs 1,158 Cr from diverse institutions.
