Your AgriStory, a leading Indian digital media platform that focuses on agricultural startups, FPOs and ecosystem changemakers, has successfully completed its flagship national innovation challenge, the AgriTech Yuva Competition 2026. The competition was the grand finale of a massive 15-Day National Online Workshop on the Future of AgriTech, which featured the brightest student innovators pitching practical, scalable ideas for modern farming.
11 finalist teams went against an elite panel of ecosystem leaders for a piece of the ₹15,000 prize pool, demonstrating AI-led farming, precision agriculture and sustainable crop protection.
The Road to the Finals: A Grueling Selection Process
The competition trimmed the field from many applications across the country through a rigorous, three-phase assessment process designed to assess both creativity and market fit:
Round 1: Online Idea Submission – A nationwide call for raw, revolutionary ideas for agriculture.
Round 2: Executive Summary Evaluation – Moving to practical implementation and scalability.
Round 3: Final Jury Presentation – A high stakes, online pitching round.
At the live virtual finals, each team was allotted 5 minutes to pitch their innovation, followed by 2 minutes of rapid fire Q&A session with an eminent jury comprising of start-up founders, industry experts and venture leaders.
