Founded in 2018 by Varun Raheja and Babita Raheja. Their creative company enables farmers by offering durable solar dryers that efficiently dry fruits, vegetables, and flowers using solar technology, hence reducing food waste.

Varun shared a very personal reason for starting the business during their pitch. He revealed that he was motivated to start a company that would provide farmers with financial security while reducing food waste after researching farmer suicide instances, especially those involving members of his friends’ families.

The entrepreneurs presented their idea for a sustainable agricultural solution that might revolutionize the farming sector in exchange for a 1% equity investment of ₹50 lakh.

Seeing promise in the business, Vineeta Singh offered ₹50 lakh in exchange for 2% shares.

The offer was matched by Peyush Bansal. In contrast, Kunal Bahl used a more daring strategy and offered two choices: ₹1.25 crore for 5% or ₹2.5 crore for 10%.

Vineeta and Peyush made a joint offer of ₹50 lakh for 1.25% while the pitchers were deliberating.

Later, they joined forces with Kunal to make a combined offer of ₹1.75 crore for 7% equity.

The founders accepted the deal, which is a significant step in their journey to revolutionize sustainable food processing for farmers across India.
