Rohtak-based agri-tech startup, F2DF secures deal on Shark Tank India Season 4, Episode 39, aiming to revolutionize the agricultural supply chain.
F2DF – Kisaan Ki Online Dukaan, Founded by Ishwar Sinhmar, Rahul Dhingra, Neeraj Sinhmar, and Monika Sinhmar, the startup is an online marketplace that connects farmers directly with manufacturers, eliminating middlemen and ensuring fair pricing.
Founders offer of ₹50 lakhs For 1% equity at the valuation of ₹50 Cr. The Sharks, however, questioned the scalability and business model. The only Shark to make an offer was Aman Gupta, who saw promise in their vision despite concerns.
Following discussions, F2DF-Kisaan Ki Online Dukaan was able to secure A deal with Aman Gupta, who invested ₹50 lakhs for 2% equity and another ₹45 lakhs as debt with a two-year, 10% interest rate, bringing the value of the company to ₹2.5 crores.
